How much will the Shrinkable Cast Covers™ shrink?

If you were to guess, would you pick one-third, one-half or two-thirds of the original size? If you picked the second choice, you'd be correct! Shrinkable Cast Covers™ are 12 inches in circumference and will shrink down to 6 inches. That's a lot of shrinkage!

Will the Shrinkable Cast Covers™ fit my arm cast?

Excellent question. Generally speaking, Shrinkable Cast Covers™ will fit any child's arm cast age 3-18. That will vary depending on how big your forearms are (football players may be an exception). Shrinkable Cast Covers™ are not designed and will generally not fit leg casts or body casts.

Will the Shrinkable Cast Cover™ hurt?

Nope. In fact, you'll find your cast becomes MUCH more comfortable – not scratching your face at night, not snagging on your clothes, not rubbing on your ear like sandpaper as you lay down to watch a movie.

I thought my cast had to be breathable. Will the Shrinkable Cast Cover™ be a problem?

Nope. We’ve hand-hole-punched each cast with tiny little holes to allow your cast to breathe, helping the healing process. As an extra precaution, you may choose to remove the Shrinkable Cast Cover™ every 5-7 days for a full day. Another great reason you get three Shrinkable Cast Covers™ in every pack!

It looks like my cast covers experienced a little bit of shrinkage in transit. Will they still work?

Remember, Shrinkable Skins™ are heat sensitive. That’s how they shrink! If they have slightly shrunk in transit or in your mailbox on a hot summer day, not to worry. Your Shrinkable Skin™ will still be sleek and smooth when shrunk on your cast.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Most of you will get off scott free! For those that live in Utah, it's just 6.25%.

What about backorders?

Hasn't happened yet. It could. Of course, we'd let you know.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Please make them within 24 hours of placing your order.

What is your return policy?

Shrinkable Skins™ wants you to have a blast with your Shrinkable Cast Covers™, Sippy Covers™ and Xerosox®. However, if you choose to return an item for any reason, you will need to return in new condition it within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us for return instructions. Shrinkable Skins™ will refund the purchase price of the item. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded and you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

How will I get my stuff?

All items are shipped USPS First-Class Mail®. Why? Lance Armstrong. Pony Express. It's good. It's cheap. Why not? We always ship within one business days of the order. You should have your Shrinkable Skins™ within 6 business days. That can be extended if we have a holiday or bad weather. Be patient. It's worth the wait!
